Our host Marco was great. He was in touch well before our stay to arrange meeting us with keys to check in, and upon arrival was very helpful and told us everything we could possibly need to know about the accommodation and how things work.
He even has a guide prepared of recommended local attractions and restaurants based on his own visits, which was very helpful.
